how to cook

Take off sleeve and pierce film. Heat in a microwave on high for 40 seconds (cat D/750w). Or pop in a pre-heated oven (180c, gas mark 5) for 10 - 15 mins. Remove film and turn out to serve immeditately.

Sponge: butter, caster sugar, free range eggs, wheatflour. Sauce (30%): syrup (partially inverted refiners syrup)
